For effective implementation of National Child Labour Project, Home Minister Rajnath Singh launched PENCIL Portal
Five Components of PENCIL portal are:
- PENCIL is an acronym of Platform for Effective Enforcement for No Child Labour
- The endeavour to launch the portal is to combat the menace of child labour, trafficking and sexual abuse

- National Child Labour Project
- Convergence
Bharat Yatra
- Kailash Satyarthi is on a Bharat Yatra to raise awareness about child sexual abuse and trafficking.
- He will create awareness on the PENCIL portal
- The Bharat Yatra is the launch of the three-year campaign against child rape and child sexual abuse.
- It is aimed at increasing awareness and reporting of the cases, strengthening intuitional response including medical health and compensation, ensuring protection for victims and witnesses during trials and increasing convictions of child sexual abuse in a time-bound manner.
