Punjab National Bank has been awarded with Second Prize in Rajbhasha Kirti award for the outstanding performance in implementation of Official Language Policy in Bank

- HUDCO received the award under the CPSE category, for its contribution in promoting the use of Hindi as official language.

- Vijaya Bank has bagged the first prize under the Rajbhasha Kirti Puraskar (Region C) for the year 2016-17. It got the award for active implementation of Hindi in its day-to-day activities.
- Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) was awarded the “Rajbhasha Kirti Puraskar” for the year 2016-17 in the category of ‘B’ region for autonomous bodies and boards, for its excellent implementation of the Official Language.
