The Karnataka government has launched ‘Vision-2025’ project.
- The project aims at evolving a draft policy for development of the state in next seven years
- Government would seek public opinion on how they want their dream state
- Based on those opinions a draft vision policy for the year 2025 will be prepared.
- A web portal ‘www.navakarnataka2025.in’ was also launched.
- The government is inviting feedback on agriculture and allied sectors, infrastructure, industrial development, services, education, employment and skill development, health and nutrition, rural development, social justice and empowerment, urban development, IT and BT.
- A logo has been unveiled for the project, which is to be backed by a website designed to connect and engage with the youth of the state.
