- Baiwar has worked as an income tax commissioner in Kolkata.
- He is a graduate in engineering as well as law.
- Baiwar has done a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Bangalore
- He is also a chartered financial analyst from ICFAI, Hyderabad.
