IMD World Talent Rankings 2017 has been released and Switzerland has topped the list
- India has been raked 51 globally in terms of ability to attract, develop and retain talent while Switzerland topped the list.
- The IMD World Talent Ranking is based on countries' performance in three main categories - investment and development, appeal and readiness.
- The three categories have areas of focus like education, apprenticeships, workplace training, language skills, cost of living, quality of life, remuneration and tax rates.
- Switzerland, Denmark and Belgium are the top three performer respectively.
- Austrua, Finland are on fourth and fifth spot respectively.
- USA has been raked on the 16th position
