- The book is authored by former Joint Secretary, Law Commission of India, Dr. Pavan Sharma
- While receiving the book, Vice-President said that we need to focus on women’s issues in the country.
- The book focuses nation’s attention on important areas like matrimonial laws, property laws, laws relating to inheritance, succession, guardianship as well as NRI marriages and issues of sexual violence.
