Pankaj Advani wins 17th World Billiards Championship title

Indian cueist Pankaj Advani clinched his 17th World Billiards Championship title in Doha.


  • He thrashed Mike Russell of England in the finals.
  • Earlier in the tournament, he defeated fellow Indian Rupesh Shah in the semifinals 
  • Advani is the winner of maximum number of world titles in any sport by an Indian
