- Ministry of AYUSH has inaugurated the National Research Institute of Unani Medicine for Skin Disorders (NRIUMSD) at Hyderabad on 3rd November 2019. The NRIUMSD has been upgraded from the Central Research Institute of Unani Medicine (CRIUM).
- The Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare Dr Harsh Vardhan, has inaugurated the dedicated robotic surgery facility in the Safdarjung Hospital (SJH) New Delhi on 2nd November 2019. It will be the first Central Government hospital in India to start this latest Robot Surgery facility for all poor patients for free.
- The 8th meeting of the Indo -German Energy Forum concluded on 1st November, 2019 in New Delhi, in which India and Germany signed 8 Implementation Agreements/ MoUs in the field of markets for Solar Energy, Flexibilization in Thermal Power Plants, Green Energy Corridors etc.
- Bangladesh has granted bail to micro-credit pioneer and Nobel laureate Muhammad Yunus. He was alleged for firing three employees by Grameen Communications, where he is chairman.
- The 9th round of India Bangladesh Friendship dialogue concluded in Cox's Bazar on 2nd November 2019. The event was jointly organised by India Foundation and Bangladesh Foundation for Regional Studies.
- The Spanish capital city of Madrid will host the UN Climate Change Conference (COP 25) 2019. The COP 25 will be held from 2nd to 13th December with the new host after Chile stepped down as the host of the event due to the ongoing street protest.
