- Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India in partnership with Government of Australia and Indonesia will organise the 4th EAS Conference on Maritime Security Cooperation from 6-7th Feb 2020 in Chennai.
- Among 100 expected participants 50 delegated nominated by the EAS participating countries are expected.
- Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS) and The National Maritime Foundation (NMF) are the knowledge partners of the conference.
- This conference is expected to serve as a platform for free and open dialogue among all the EAS partners, Including:
- Holistic Maritime Security

- Transition to a Regional Blue Economy
