- Information and Broadcasting Ministry has organised the Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat Campaign that is being held across the country from 10th Feb 2020 and will continue till 28th Feb 2020. The objectives of the Campaign include celebrating the Unity in Diversity of the nation through engagement between all states and union territories.
- The Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has said that simplified tax compliance regime will be rolled out by 1st April 2020. The FinMin said the statement while addressing economists and experts as part of Jan Jan Ka Budget held in Hyderabad on 16th Feb 2020.
