- The National Rifles Association of India (NRAI) has informed that the novel coronavirus outbreak has prompted six countries namely China, Hong Kong, Macau, North Korea, Turkmenistan and Taiwan to withdraw from the Shooting World Cup slated to be held from 15th March 2020 at New Delhi.
- Information Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has inaugurated BSNL FTTH (Bharat Fibre) and Wi-Fi service on 27th February 2020 at Dehradun. Bharat Fiber (FTTH) is a unique technology being deployed by BSNL for the first time in India to provide fix access platform to deliver the high speed broadband from 256 Kbps to 100 Mbps.
