CHAMPIONS Portal —By Ministry of MSME

Current Context: Union Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) launched CHAMPIONS Portal.

• CHAMPIONS Portal is a technology-based control room-cum-management system.
• The CHAMPION stands for Creation and Harmonious Application of Modern Processes for Increasing the Output and National Strength.
• The portal is launched with an aim to make smaller units big ones by solving their grievances, motivating them, and providing them helping support in all terms as and whenever required.
• The system Is developed by Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analytics, and MachineLearning and in incorporated with ICT tools like telephone, internet, and video conference.
• As part of the system, a network of control rooms is created in a Hub & Spoke Model. So far, 66 state-level control rooms are created as part of the system.
