Current Context: Madhya Pradesh government has launched Jeevan Amrit Yojana, a unique scheme to boost immunity system of citizens of the state in order to fight novel coronavirus.
- Under this scheme, the State Government will distribute packet of special Trikut Churna(means three peppers -peepal, ginger and black pepper)prepared by the AYUSH Department atfree of cost to the citizens.
- The packets of 50 grams to about 1 crore families will be distributed under this yojana
- The packets have been prepared by Madhya Pradesh Laghu Vanopaj Sangh in collaboration with the Department of AYUSH.
