‘SUKOON’ COVID-19 Beat the Stress Initiative—By Jammu and Kashmir

Current Context: Jammu and Kashmir have launched an initiative called ‘SUKOON’ COVID-19 Beat the Stress.

• It has been launched in coordination with the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR).
• This initiative helps to create awareness and ensure the mental fitness of the people in the fearful condition of COVID-19.
• The programme under this initiative will be telecasted on Doordarshan Kashmir channel every Tuesday at 9.00 pm.
• The main motto is to ensure ‘Healthy Mind in Healthy Body’ along with the guidelines and remedies for COVID-19.
