- Upon signing the MoU, both organisations will now be able to transfer and share the information on an automatic and regular basis.
- In order to carry out the regular exchange of data between two entities for the purpose of carrying out their functions under various laws, the data will be shared on request and suo moto basis.
- To manage this initiative, Data Exchange Sharing Group has been formed.
- The Data Exchange Sharing Group will monitor the data exchanging activities and will ensure effectiveness on data sharing mechanism.
