India and Afghanistan signs 5 Agreements

Current Context: India has signed 5 MoU with Afghanistan for High Impact Community Development Projects (HICDP) programme.

The MoU signed will help to develop educational infrastructure in four regions of Afghanistan.
Under these 5 MoUs, construction of classrooms, infrastructure for higher education, roads within the campus of Albironi University will be developed.
