Current Context: Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has released the images of ‘Phobos’. Phobos is a closet and the biggest Moon of Mars.
- The images were captured by Mars Color Camera (MCC) which is on boarded on India’s Mars Orbiter Mission (MOM).
- The images were taken when MOM was 7200 km from Mars and at 4200 km form Phobos.
- The images are generated from 6 MCC frames with a spatial resolution of 210m.
