Current Context: Government of India has contributed financial support to India-UN Development Partnership Fund.
India contributes to India-UN Development Partnership Fund
  • India has contributed USD 15.46 million to the fund which will act as financial support to developing nations. 
  • This contribution will lead to achieving the 2030 agenda of Sustainable Development Goals.
  • The AI and ML techniques will help to conduct a predictive analysis of public grievances out of the USD 15.46 million, USD 6 million will be utilised as overall fund amount for the upliftment of developing countries and USD 9.46miilion will be utilised for commonwealth countries.
  • With the help of this fund, current projects will be initiated smoothly and new projects will be launched.
