AIM partners with Freshworks Inc.

Current Context: Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog has partnered with a software company named Freshworks Inc.

They have entered into partnership with an aim to provide support to innovators and entrepreneurs.
The partnership will also provide efficiency to all the institutes and organisations which are under AIM, NITI Aayog portfolio.
Role of Freshworks in this partnership is that it will offer credits for its suite of products to AIM and to the institutes and organisations which are under AIM.
Freshworks will be offering: Sales CRM Software, Customer Support Software, Customer Messaging Software, Agile Project Management Software, Cloud Telephony Software, Marketing Automation Software, HR Management Software and IT Service Management Software.
Role of AIM will be to organize webinars, workshops, training sessions to the innovators and entrepreneurs.
