Current Context: India and Denmark has entered into MoU agreement for Intellectual Property (IP) Cooperation.
India and Denmark signs MoU for Intellectual Property Cooperation
  • The MoU is signed to increase IP cooperation between two nations so that can share best practices, experiences and knowledge related to IP and its way of creating awareness among authorities.
  • The DPIIT (Deportment for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) signed MoU with Danish Patent and Trademark Office, Ministry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs, Denmark. 
  • India has signed MoU with an objective of National IPR Policy and becomes a major economy in global innovation.
  • Both the nations will develop a biennial work plan to build this MoU and to achieve cooperation in IP activities.
