- Both the ministries will work to combat malnutrition under POSHAN Abhiyan. Thus they will integrate AYUSH into POSHAN Abhiyan and will control malnutrition through Ayurveda, Yoga and AYUSH mechanisms.
- Both the ministries will adopt the time-tested and scientifically proven health solution, probably AYUSH solutions to control and eradicate malnutrition among children and womens of India
- Under this MoU, medicinal, nutri gardens and yoga programmes will be developed at anganwadi centers
- They will frame the baseline data in nutritional status for target population
- Also, #Ayush4Aganwadi awareness campaign will be launched by both ministries under Digital India initiative
