CUReD—Website launched by Health Minister

Current Context: Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan launched website named as CUReD. 

• CUReD signifies ‘CSIR Ushered Repurposed Drugs’.
• The CUReD portal is launched to provide informational data about numerous COVID-19 clinical trials in which CSIR is engaged with other industries, ministries or governmental departments. 
• The portal will also provide details about clinical trials of diagnostics and other health equipments. 
• The data related to partnered institutions for developing clinical trials and other health equipments will also be provided on this portal.
• CSIR is working in collaboration with AYUSH Ministry for conducting clinical trials of AYUSH Drugs.
