CSC Partnered with IIT Delhi

Current Context: The Common Services Center (CSC) has entered into a partnership with IIT Delhi to improve the ability of design and innovation among the Village Level Entrepreneurs

(VLEs) which are managed by CSCs in India.

• In this partnership, a design & innovation lab will be set up at the Department of Design of IIT Delhi where research on design-led innovations will be conducted.
• The lab will be known as ‘Design and Innovation in VLE’s Indigenous Network Ecosystem (DIVINE) Lab’.
• The lab will be developed to conduct research into rural entrepreneurial ecosystem and to design new products and services for the VLEs.
• Both CSC and IIT Delhi will collaboratively work to provide academic innovative knowledge to VLEs.
