- The last three rank positions are marked by Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Bihar.
- Among the UTs, Delhi topped the index. Chandigarh is in the second position.
- Among North-Eastern and Hill states, Himachal Pradesh has secured the top position. The second and third position in this category is marked by Uttarakhand and Manipur respectively.
- The index ranking was calculated by considering 5 major enabler parameters: Human Capital, Investment, Knowledge workers, Business environment and Safety and Legal environment.
