TRIFED Signed MoU with IFFDC

Current Context: The Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of India (TRIFED) has signed MoU with Indian Farm Forestry Development Co-Operative Ltd (IFFDC).

• They have collaborated to provide livelihood opportunities to the tribal community. 
• Both TRIFED and IFFDC will conduct various training programmes for tribal artisans in their respective sectors so that the artisans will develop entrepreneurship and business skills.
• They will jointly implement tribal development efforts and CSR initiatives for the livelihood upliftment of the tribal community.
• Also, the IFFDC will provide assistance support to FPOs. It will offer training to promoted community organisations of TRIFED.
