- (a) Catalytic-Isodewaxing Unit: The foundation stone for this unit was laid at the IOCL’s Haldia refinery. This project will be an import substitution project. This unit will be generating base oil which is mostly imported. The cost for setting up this unit is Rs 1019 crore and will be completed by April 2023.
- (b) BPCL's new LPG terminal: This will fulfil the growing demand of the eastern region. It will be built at the cost of Rs 1100 crore and will be having a nameplate capacity of one million tonnes per annum.
- (c) GAIL’s 347-km-long Dobhi-Durgapur pipeline: This is the part of Pradhan Mantri Urja Ganga project. The pipeline will be constructed at the cost of Rs 2400 crore. It will provide natural gas to Sindri fertiliser plant and Matix fertiliser plant at Durgapur.
- (d) NHAI’s four-lane road overbridge cum flyover: It will be constructed with the funds of Rs 190 crore at Ranichak in Haldia for seamless traffic movement at Haldia port gate.
