- He also dedicated Oil India Limited’s Secondary Tank Farm at Madhuban, Dibrugarh, Assam. It is constructed to have safe storage of 40,000-kilolitres of crude oil. The total funds required to construct the secondary tank farm is Rs 490 crore.
- He also dedicated Gas Compressor Station at Hebeda Village, Makum, Tinsukia. The funds required for this station is Rs 132 crore.
- PM Modi inaugurated Dhemaji Engineering College, which is built at the cost of Rs 45 crore.
- He laid the foundation stone for Sualkuchi Engineering College with allotted funds of Rs 55 crore.
- PM Modi inaugurated the extension of the metro railway from Naopara to Dakshineswar, in West Bengal. The funds allotted to construct this was Rs 464 crore.
