Current Context: NITI Aayog’s Atal Innovation Mission entered into a partnership with MathWorks.

• MathWorks is a developing organisation of mathematical computing software for scientists and engineers.
• Both entities have partnered to develop mathematical computing software in order to boost deep-technology based startups in India.
• The partnership will allow the startups to have access to the tools of MathWorks like MATLAB and Simulink.
• The startups will also get the benefit of online training, sessions for these tools.
• The partnership will provide opportunities for deep-tech startups to reach national and global level by developing their innovative products and launching them at all levels.
