Current Context: The DBS Bank India has entered into a partnership with TRRAIN (Trust for Retailers & Retail Associates of India).

• The TRRAIN is a non-profit organisation engaged in training and placement of youth particularly in the e-commerce & retail sectors.
• They have partnered to support youth from low-income houses, economically affected due to pandemic and people with disabilities with skill training and job opportunities.
• The partnership is a part of the ‘DBS Stronger Together Fund’.
• Both the entities will support youth and people with disabilities with skill training and job offers for one long year and across India.
• The TRRAIN Centres across India will conduct the training sessions. After the training process, the candidates will be recruited by leading partnered firms of retail and e-commerce.
