- The service level agreement was signed for providing the technical and manpower support to the Labour Bureau by BECIL
- The partnership will help to conduct All India Surveys on Migrant Workers & All India Quarterly Establishment based Employment Survey (AQEES).
- Thus it will lead to the start of IT-enabled surveys as the surveys will be undertaken by the Labour Bureau which will be integrated with the BECIL’s technology.
- The partnership will also reduce the time taken for completion of surveys by at least 30-40%
