India signed MoU with France

Current Context: The Indian space agency, ISRO and space agency of France named CNES have signed MoU to cooperate in a human space mission, Gaganyaan.
India signed MoU with France
  • Under this agreement, the Indian flight physicians will be given training sessions at French facilities.
  • Also the French space agency, CNES will provide equipment developed by it, tested and still operating aboard the International Space Station (ISS) to Indian crews.
  • It will also supply fireproof carry bags to shield equipment from shocks and radiation.
  • The agreement will allow implementing a scientific experiment plan on validation of missions, data sharing will take place on food packaging and the nutrition programme.
