CRPF signed MoU with C-DAC

Current Context: The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) entered into MoU with the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC).

• The MoU was signed to grant training to the manpower of the CRPF about advanced technologies and perform jointly on projects.
• The total tenure of MoU will be 5 years.
• The MoU will help to augment the technical capabilities of CRPF by training the manpower in the areas like Internet of Things (IoT), Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing and Big Data Analytics.
• Under the MoU, C-DAC will be Technology Partner and Knowledge Partner which will help CRPF to develop various ICT solutions.
