- It will allow online single sign-on facilities for universal access and will offer farmers the data like weather advice, direct benefit transfer, information about logistics facilities and insurance schemes etc.
- The farmers will be able to avail data related to irrigation facilities, heath advice of soil and plant, pesticide and fertilizers related data, peer to peer lending of farm equipment and market access information.
- The main motto of the National Farmers Database is to help farmers of India and raise their income source through data-based solutions from the available data which will help them to reduce input costs.
- The data of the farmers who own legal farming lands in India will be inducted into the database.
