Current Context: The Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) launched the chatbot named ‘Urja’.

‘Urja’—Chatbot of BPCL

The ‘Urja’ chatbot is an AI (Artificial Intelligence) enabled one which is launched to offer a seamless self-service experience to the customers.
BPCL has launched the ‘Urja’ chatbot under its Project Anubhav.
The chatbot will provide seamless self-service and quick resolution of queries of customers. It will resolve any queries for both B2B & B2C.
Currently, the chatbot is available in 13 languages. Through this chatbot, BPCL is giving a digital touch to its customer interface.
