- Lal Lakir is the land area that is a part of the village habitation and is used for non-agriculture purposes.
- Under the scheme, the state government will perform drone surveys of residential properties in rural and urban areas. This will be done for digital mapping.
- After this, the eligible residents will be given property cards by proper verification of their proprietary rights. In doing so, the people will get ownership rights of their land.
