• This was the 58th edition of the index. It ranks the world’s top 40 markets as per their renewable energy investment and deployment opportunities.
• As per the index, India was ranked at 3rd position.
• The 1st position was secured by the US.
• The 2nd position was secured by the China.
• The study of the report, highlights that renewable energy situation in the market is improving because of various policy decisions, investment and technology deployments
