AMTRON to Setup Cyber Intelligence COE

Current Context: The Assam Electronics Development Corporation Limited (AMTRON) has entered into tripartite MoU to set up a Cyber Intelligence Centre of Excellence (CoE).

• The MoU was signed with Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd, I-Sec Security Services Pvt Ltd for the same by AMTRON.
• The Cyber Intelligence CoE will be set up in Guwahati, Assam.
• The CoE will help GOI, state governments, PSUs, and corporations in India with the methodologies and intelligence services to deal with cyber hacking and tackle threats associated with cyber security.
• The related knowledge and training will be supported by Master Card.
