- By considering three parameters namely, service level progress (SLP), certifications, and citizen’s voice, the cities were awarded.
- The cleanest city award was again won by Indore for the fifth consecutive year.
- The 2nd and 3rd positions were won by Surat in Gujarat and Vijaywada in Andhra Pradesh respectively.
