• The ‘Activ Health Essential´ is an affordable health solution plan which is launched for senior citizens to meet their special health needs
• The plan offers comprehensive health solutions like Day 1 Chronic Management Program coverage. In this the owner of the policy will be covered from Day 1 during the case of an existing condition and if it is developed at a later stage. In this there will be no additional cost.
• In many plans, there is a 20% mandatory co-pay. In this plan, this case can be eradicated by selecting to pay an extra premium.
• The plan offers cover for mental illness hospitalization
• There is also an expert health coach who will assist in health to the senior citizens
• The reward of up to 50% of the premium paid as HealthReturns benefits and Cashless home treatments are linked to the plan
• The plan covers pre-hospitalization medical expenses for 30 days and post-hospitalization medical expenses for 60 days.
