  • The projects are worth Rs 17,500 crore in cost.
  • The foundation stone for 23 projects was laid down which includes work in various sectors like irrigation, road, housing, health industry, sanitation and drinking water supply, and many more.
  • He laid the foundation stone of the Lakhwar multi-purpose hydroelectricity project. The total cost of the project is Rs 5747 crore.
  • The foundation stone for the AIIMS Rishikesh satellite center was laid down with funds of Rs 500 crore.
  • The Jagjivan Ram Government Medical College will be established at Pithoragarh with funds of Rs 450 crore.
  • The projects worth Rs 8700 crore will be executed in the road development sector which will offer vast road connectivity in the state.
  • He also laid the foundation stone for Aroma Park which will be developed at Kashipur and Plastic Industrial park which will be set up at Sitarganj.
