‘She is a Changemaker’

Current Context: The ‘She is a Changemaker’, which is a pan-India capacity building programme was launched by National Commission for Women (NCW).

• It was launched for women representatives at all levels i.e. gram panchayats, parliament members, political workers including office bearers of National or State political parties.
• The programme was officially launched by Rekha Sharma, Chairperson of NCW in collaboration with Rhambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, Thane, Maharashtra.
• The program aims to enhance the leadership skills and capacity building of women political leaders
• It will be executed in coordination with region-wise training institutes
• The women will be given the training to enhance their decision-making abilities, communication skills including oration and writing skills, and leadership qualities
