Current Context: The ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has entered into a partnership with First Trust Advisors, which is based in the US.

• The First Trust Advisors serves in actively-managed exchange-traded funds.
• They have partnered to launch a global fund of funds.
• Also, ICICI Prudential AMC will be the first one to launch strategic metal & energy equity fund of funds.
• It will invest in offshore funds which are managed by First Trust Advisors.
• Due to this partnership, ICICI Prudential AMC will be able to bring innovative active and exchange-listed offerings of First Trust to domestic investors.
