Current Context: The Indian Naval Placement Agency (INPA) has signed MoU with IIFL Home Finance Ltd (IIFL HFL).

• They have signed MoU to explore the opportunities for the recruitment of Naval Veterans within IIFL HF.
• NPA will identify a pool of Ex-Servicemen or dependents candidates for relevant roles as per standards of IIFL HFL.
• They will also conduct in-house assimilation and training programs.
