IIL Foundation partnered with SVPUAT

Current Context: Agrochemicals company Insecticides (India) Limited (IIL)’s arm named IIL Foundation has partnered with Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture & Technology (SVPUAT), Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

• They have partnered to educate farmers.
• The MoU was signed for dissemination of the advanced Agri-extension activities and farmer awareness activities.
• The partnership will be executed for three years.
• Under the partnership, the IIL Foundation will work with a Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) under the Directorate of Extension of the University to educate and create awareness on how to use crop protection products.
• Therefore, the farmers will get an idea about the latest products and their process to use. This will increase their farm yields.
