NSDC signed MoU with CSC

Current Context: The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has signed MoU with Common Service Centres (CSC).

• They have signed MoU to deliver services related to skill development programs to the youths living in remote and rural parts of India.
• The CSC will perform the role of skill desk unit at village levels and it will generate awareness about various skills and their development programs among the youths.
• The NSDC will identify the skill seekers and will grant them opportunities to learn skills.
• The Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) will work with CSCs to identify youths, perform registration and link them to the appropriate training departments to seek skill training.
