Current Context – Union Minister for Culture, Tourism & DONER Shri G Kishan Reddy launch the Ishan Manthan Festival at Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts(IGNCA).

  • It’s a 3-day festival to celebrate the culture, art, handicrafts, cuisine, music of North-east India
  • Government has increased the budget for the North-East region in the last 7 years by 110% to promote the region at global level.
