Raisina Dialogue 2022

Current Context: Amid the global diplomatic turnaround, the Multilateral order seems to have suffered. ORF an Indian think-tank has rolled out the virtual format of Raisina Dialogue, this year with PM Modi as the keynote speaker.

• Raisina Dialogue 2022 will be inaugurated today in the virtual format, by PM Shri Narendra Modi. It will be held over 3 days from 25th April to 27th April.
• European Commission President Ursula von der leyen, will be the chief guest of the three-day event which will see the participation of the world leaders who will discuss global order, energy, trade, and climate change among others.
• The theme for this year is based on six pillars with the title "Terranova - Impassioned, Impatient, Imperiled".
• The event is co-hosted by the Ministry of external affairs.
