  • Kuwait to build the world’s largest petroleum research center by the end of the year. The center, to be built in al-Ahmadi, south of Kuwait City, will have 28 laboratories for refining techniques.
  • Oil and natural gas corporation become the first exploration and production company to trade domestic gas in the Indian gas exchange.
  • Minister of State for Commerce and Industry launched the Indian Business Portal. The portal will serve as an international trade hub for Indian exporters and foreign buyers.
