  • The Vedic Planetarium will provide a tour of various parts of the cosmic creation to the guests. The Temple of Vedic Planetarium is situated in Mayapur in Nadia district, West Bengal.
  • The Temple of Vedic Planetarium will be larger than the Taj Mahal and St. Paul's Cathedral in the Vatican. The temple will be opened in 2024. The temple will replace Cambodia's 400-acre large Angkor Wat Temple as the largest religious monument.
  • The Temple of Vedic Planetarium is inspired by the design of the Capitol Building in the United States. This temple is the vision of ISKON founder Srila Prabhupada. The temple of Vedic Planetarium has a massive rotating model that shows how the planetary system move as they are described in holy books like Bhagavad Puraan.
  • The construction of the Temple of Vedic Planetarium began in 2010 and is estimated to cost $100 million. Each story of the temple can accommodate 10,000 devotees.
