  • National News:
    • The Union Minister of Civil Aviation, Jyotiraditya Scindia, launched the “Digi Yatra” application for three airports viz. Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi; Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport, Varanasi and Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru.
    • As per the latest data released by the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE), India’s unemployment rate rose to a three-month high at 8% in November 2022. The maximum unemployment rate was recorded in Haryana (30.6%) whereas the minimum unemployment rate was recorded in Chhattisgarh (0.1%).
    • The Supreme Court (SC) of India launched an online portal to assist citizens in filing and accessing applications in matters related to courts under the Right to Information (RTI) Act.
    • The 12th edition of the bilateral military exercise between the Indian Army and the Singapore Armed Force, Exercise Agni Warrior (XAW)-2022, was held at Field Firing Ranges of the Devlali district in Maharashtra.
